Payment of the bill can only be made in cash, by check or by bank transfer. It is not possible to pay by credit card or debit card.
The booking becomes binding upon payment of a deposit (100 euros per apartment per week) and the sending of the booking confirmation.

Cancellation conditions
Cancellation of your booking is free of charge up to 30 days prior to arrival. The booking deposit will be credited.

If, in the event of a later cancellation, we are no longer able to rent the apartment, we must charge the following percentages as damages:

Cancellation takes place between 30 and 16 days prior to arrival: 40% of the agreed total price
Cancellation takes place between 15 to 9 days prior to arrival: 60% of the agreed total price
Cancellation between 0 to 8 days before arrival: 80% of the agreed total price
We recommend you to make a travel cancellation insurance. This will cover the cancellation fees and you will have no inconvenience if you are unable to take the holiday.

Should you arrive later or leave earlier, these will also be charged.

Services

The following services are included:

  • Bed linen, towels, tea towels
  • Wireless Internet access
  • Final Cleaning
  • Free use of public transport throughout South Tyrol: only 2 minutes walk to the bus stop!
  • “Holiday Pass”: Enjoy an extensive leisure program and many benefits
  • Pick-up service at the nearest bus stop or train station

The apartments are ready from 15:00 on the day of arrival. On the day of departure we kindly ask you to leave the apartments by 10:00 am.

Pets are not allowed.
